she lives in texas. the father is out of state. i think tht hes in massachussets—i could be wrong on the state. anyways, she is trying to get support from the father, and not having any luck. the child was born in texas, by the way. from what i am figuring, even the attorney generals office isnt helping her any. the father use to drive truck for a company, so he hasnt been in any particular state for too long. she does have a pretty recent address for him, i think.
i was wondering if anyone has been through a similar situation, and maybe have some advice????

my friend is on partial disability for her hearing, and she does collect food stamps. she is working a very part time job at this moment.
