I am quitting college and getting 2 jobs and I want to get an apartment. Now let me explain the reason I am quitting college. I have no Idea what I want to do in college and for the last 3 years I have wasted my parent’s money changing my majors and not being happy with them. I want to go out on my own and live for a while and then maybe I will come to a decision on what I want to do.

Anyways, I am under my dad’s insurance until im done with school this semester. I am 21 so my insurance will run out as soon as im done with school. So I need insurance asap. I’m afraid my parents make too much money for me to qualify for their insurance (my moms an RN and my dad is a retired steel mill worker. I am not sure what their combined income is. But I’m wondering does it matter what their income is even though I will be living at home for a little bit before I get an apartment? or will I not qualify because they make too much money.

I will be working 2 jobs at retail stores 1 full time and 1 part time. I do not want to collect food stamps or welfare checks because I am not going to be lazy I am going to work and earn my money. I just need health insurance. PLEASE HELP
I also have to take life sustaining medicine (lexapro) for depression do you think that will make a difference?
My father is also a vietnam veteran and is considered 100 percent disabled. i think he recieves social security too. will this effect my qualification as well?
