I had heard from someone once that you could collect used stamps and give them to some kind of organization that would give the money to hurrricane survivors or something like that. I’m not really sure what it is called but It would be very appreciated if one could tell me the name of the organization and a little information. I couldn’t find it on google to save my life. For clarification, this is to send mail FROM Russia to the US. I’m not interested in collecting stamps- I need current, valid postage stamps.
